Online furniture business Swoon Editions raises £1.2 million in venture capital. Its innovative ‘auction-led’ approach allows customers to buy limited edition pieces straight from the workshop. 


The IMF upgrades its forecast for UK economic growth by more than any other major economy. In a major boost for the Government’s economic strategy, the IMF predicts that the UK economy will increase by 1.4% in 2013 and 1.9% in 2014.
